Nadine Winkelhaus is public relations officer of the GCEE and part of the Council's scientific staff since May 2019. Previously, she was Business Director with Ketchum Pleon and Senior Consultant with NewMark Finanzkommunikation in Frankfurt. She has a 15-year long experience in PR and media relations. From 1999 to 2003 she studied European Business at the Münster University of Applied Sciences and the University of Portsmouth.
