Today, Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Energy, Brigitte Zypries, appointed Prof. Dr. Isabel Schnabel for another term to the German Council of Economic Experts. The term runs until February 2022.
Isabel Schnabel was first appointed to the Council in June 2014. During her tenure she focused on the creation of a stable European financial market architecture, among other topics. She is also a professor for Financial Economics at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University in Bonn.
