On Wednesday, 11 November 2020, the German Council of Economic Experts will present its Annual Report to the German government.
In this report, the German Council of Economic Experts analyses the economic situation and its development as well as the corresponding economic policy measures, particularly in the context of the coronavirus pandemic. In addition, the Council will discuss the long-term challenges in connection with technological and demographic change and climate and industrial policy as key topics of this year's report. Furthermore, the Annual Report contains the national productivity report, which the Council publishes annually as the National Productivity Board.
