2024-02-22 – The German Cabinet has decided to propose to the Federal President the reappointment of Achim Truger to the German Council of Economic Experts for a second term of office.

2024-02-19 – This year, the German Council of Economic Experts will publish its updated economic outlook for 2024 and 2025 on 15 May 2024. For the first time, a chapter of the Annual Report will be published with the economic outlook in spring this year.
